Overview

Your dashboard is your home for all analytics, issues, tasks and automations for your organization. If you're a Firm Admin or Support team member, we suggest you stay within one dashboard at a time to maximize your efficiency.

Analytics

Total Clients

This is where you will see how many Clients you have within Finpace. You can filter the Date Range by clicking on the dropdown selector at the top right of screen, just under the nav-bar but just above the 4 Analytics boxes.

Total Prospects

This is where you will see how many Prospects you have within Finpace. You can filter the Date Range by clicking on the dropdown selector at the top right of screen, just under the nav-bar but just above the 4 Analytics boxes.

Forms Completed

This is where you will see how many Forms you have completed using Finpace. You can filter the Date Range by clicking on the dropdown selector at the top right of screen, just under the nav-bar but just above the 4 Analytics boxes.

Envelopes Completed

This analytic helps you see how many envelopes you've run through Finpace. An Envelope is classified as a packet of documents sent to a customer for signature. Finpace does not classify forms sent for review as an Envelope.

One of the benefits of Finpace is that we combine all the signing documents you send to a customer into a single envelope. This way, they receive just one email instead of multiple, reducing confusion about which document to sign.

You can filter these analytics by different time frames at any time. Simply adjust the Date Range dropdown located above Envelopes Completed.

Customer Growth

Below Unfinished Tasks you will see a line chart detailing your customer growth, segmented into two views:

  • Clients
  • Prospects

This will give you a brief overview of how your firm is growing while using Finpace for all things customer data, onboarding, engagement and client service thereafter.

AUM Growth

Another metric Finpace gives you is your AUM Growth.

Finpace builds this metric in two ways:

  • Your customer automatically completes this metric for you by updating their profile (screenshot below) or by answering this question: "How much do you have or are you going to invest with us?" within the pre-built, highly favored Suitability Form.

Envelopes

Finpace provides a detailed breakdown of how you're using Envelopes. This metric is delivered to you regardless of which e-sign service you use, whether it’s DocuSign or Finpace's own E-sign platform.

Unfinished Tasks

At about the center of your screen, you will see a box labeled: Unfinished Tasks. This is to highlight what you, team and/or customers have started but haven't had a chance to complete

You have several options to complete Unfinished Tasks and these options will present themselves when you click on the Three Dots at the right of the desired task container.

Based on where you, team and customers are in your process, Finpace will present your next required actions automatically so that you don't have to figure this out on your own.

If you want to see all Unfinished Tasks, simply click on the View All button at the top right of this container.

If you'd like to filter between Forms and Envelopes, click on the Filter Icon to the left of the View All/Less button.

When you select a Filter, you'll notice the Gear Icon change to confirm successful selection. Furthermore, if you have both Forms and Envelopes started within your Finpace dashboard, Finpace will automatically show your desired filter.

How can I filter Unfinished Tasks between forms and envelopes?

To filter between Forms and Envelopes in the Unfinished Tasks section, click the Filter Icon located to the left of the "View All/Less" button. Once selected, the Gear Icon will change to confirm your filter selection.

Can I view all unfinished tasks at once?

Yes, simply click on the “View All” button at the top right of the Unfinished Tasks container to view every unfinished task across your firm.

How does Finpace notify me of updates or improvements?

Finpace provides updates through the Changelog. We recommend checking it regularly to stay informed about new features, improvements, and updates.
