Web Forms

Go to Finpace > Operations > Web Forms to get started.

Overview

Web Forms will be a key function during your time with Finpace, as they are the fastest way to gather customer data at every stage of your process—prospect, client, and ongoing service.

Form Status

Within the Web Forms tab under Operations, you will see a data table that tells you exactly where everyone is in your process. The status titles are as follows:

  • All
  • Awaiting Client
  • Awaiting Advisor
  • Completed
  • Canceled
  • Draft

All

This is where you'll find every form you've started, completed, and everything in between. You can easily search by client or filter by start and end dates.

Awaiting Client

Every form that has not been accessed, reviewed and/or completed by a customer will live here.

Awaiting Advisor

All forms that have been completed by your customers but not the advisor attributed to that form, will show up in this section.

Completed

Every Web Form completed by both your customer household and the corresponding advisor will appear in this section.

Canceled

Any form that has been canceled, for any reason, will appear in this section.

If a form is canceled by you, by your team or by your prospect/client, Finpace requires explanation as to why.

The explanation as to why this form was canceled will live in your Ledger and automatically improve your compliance record-keeping.

Draft

The Draft section is where you will see every form that has been started, but is not ready to send out for review and completion.
