Key Features of the Templates Library
1. Pre-Built, Tested Forms
The forms in the Templates Library are built and tested by Finpace to ensure they meet the highest standards for functionality and compliance. They cover a variety of scenarios, from client onboarding to ongoing service, and can be used immediately upon adding them to your account.

If you know a form fits your needs and you're ready to use it, click Add to My Templates. This will move the selected form into your personal templates library, where you can use it as is or customize it further.

How to Use the Templates Library

Step 3: Add to My Templates
Once you’ve found a form that works for you, click Add to My Templates. This will copy the form to your own templates, where you can further customize it or start using it immediately.
Step 4: Customize Forms
If you’d like to modify the form to better fit your processes, you can do so by adjusting fields, workflows, or design elements. This customization ensures the form works specifically for your firm.
Step 4: Branded Forms (Once added and you're in 'My Templates')
If you’d like to ensure brand consistency within the platform, make sure you have your logo and icon uploaded into your settings. Learn how here. Once you've added a form to your library, you can go into the specific form and adjust the settings to include your logo for recognition by your customers. This will reduce adverse feelings, confusion and reluctance to share personal information with you online.
